Animation Project
This animation highlights the environmental impact of consuming meat and dairy products. The goal was to spark thought and raise awareness on the importance of reducing our consumption of these foods. I designed the assets in Adobe Illustrator, fully animated the scenes in After Effects and Blender, and added music.
Combining 3D with 2D
I implemented 3D soy beans as a solution for them having to fall down towards the cattle barn. They were to roll down a tube and a physics-based animation seemed like the perfect solution. I used Blender to create a physics-based animation. To let the balls look like a cartoon drawing, I attached an image of a 2D ball to the 3D balls and locking their rotation.
